Rubber Clever Card - Base

Mouldable rubber that melts in hot water

Step 1: Prepare some hot water. Water just before it
starts to boil works well.
The Flexi version requires higher temperatures to
become soft. Hot water will be dangerous and
can cause scalds. (so please be careful)

Step 2: Place your Clever Card in the hot water.
The Flexi version requires higher temperatures. With
just boiled water it can take between 15 - 30 seconds
to melt. The card is molten when you see it go soft.
The Flexi version floats and it is hard to see it melt.

Step 3: Remove the molten plastic from the hot water.
The Flexi Clever Card rubber can be moulded with
TOUGH hands, we recommend the use of basic tools.
Unlike our original version, the Flexi version sets quickly
so you’ll need to create your clever idea a bit faster.
The rubber will begin to set within a minute.
It will be completely set after 1 hour.

The rubber can still be reused 100’s of times...
